  1. Guys, I seriously need help. I can’t live a day without my phone. When I
wake up, I go straight on my phone. When I go to sleep, i’m on my phone.
    This is really a problem.

And just to add on to what ASAPscience said about this video, technology
can actually take a toll on your physical appearance. If you eat something
& go straight on your phone (whether it’s on a bed/couch) you are gaining
more fat. If your always like this, it will be difficult to burn those
pounds unless you go outside everyday for at least an hour and do an
exercise of some sort. Social medias can also make a person insecure
because of all the hate thats been spreading. Also, seeing other people’s
photos & looking at yourself makes you insecure.

Technology has a lot of pros, & cons too it.

But seriously. I need help. Is there any advice & anything useful that will
help me stop being so obsessed with technology. I really need help, this is
    becoming a problem.

  2. 1 in 3 people feel more dissatisfied with their lives after visiting
    facebook, according to a study.

  3. My memory is a lot worse these days, I don’t remember things that I’ve just
done. I can’t even remember things that happened last week.

  4. This is very, very true, but sad too. No doubt, social media has it’s
pluses and ease, but it isn’t really bringing us closer it’s actually
pulling us apart and teaching us to be numb to reality and the people next
to us. It has made millions of us into self-centered snobs who only care
what WE think and how we make celebrities of ourselves, and in truth has
impaired our social skills. We can give a shit about people through the
wires we’ve never even met, yet don’t care about the flesh and blood right
next to us. We’d rather spend time on our phones at dinner, the gym, and in
traffic instead of talk to one another in front of us. And what’s ironic is
that we’ll treat most people on the Internet as strangers that we “don’t
take seriously” and “don’t get too involved with,” yet we will see them as
God if they’re incredibly attractive or somebody who will listen to us
    whine about our problems.

I used to be heavily caught up in a networking site until I finally cut it
loose some weeks ago, and it’s been one of the greatest decisions of my
life. Sure, I like to post and comment here on Google+, but I leave it at
that. I interact with few, and while I have 100+ followers I hardly ever
follow or add anybody. What for? I refuse to get but SO connected with
social media anymore. I’ve decided to remember that a real world is still
out there that I DO want to live in.

“What troubles me is the Internet and the electronic technology revolution.
Shyness is fueled in part by so many people spending huge amounts of time
alone, isolated on e-mail, in chat rooms, which reduces their face-to-face
contact with other people.” – Philip Zimbardo

45678 and 2 but i go on my devices a lot sometimes outside am i okay
because im really scared i don’t want memory loss like dory

  6. I usually get the phantom vibration syndrome when I’m in class, when that
happens I check my phone to see if I got a text sometimes I feel like a
phone that I have goes off even when I don’t have one on me and heard a
vibration sound from across the room.

  7. Anybody else has that eerie feeling of being into social media so much? It
has become a lifestyle, a life choice. It’s like you don’t realize it is
shaping your life already, keeping you from seeing what truly matters in
your life. I don’t like that feeling that I am being a slave to these
things. I better exercise caution and self-control.

  8. Die sozialen Medien sind immer mehr Teil unseres Lebens..Auch unser Gehirn
    verändert sich.
